We will work with organization that has a need to leverage high-quality research to identify the optimal solutions to organizational concerns including but not limited to:

• Identifying or designing interventions to address a particular problem.

• Evaluate if a given strategy is effective in addressing a problem.

• Understanding the nuanced nature of organizational challenges.

• Establishing a data driven framework to address unique organizational challenges and promote policy changes.

Most of our clients are Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Organizations. Typically these organizations have had a need to address a wide array of problems ranging from staff retention and wellness to recidivism, self-harm, and policy development.

Additionally, we have worked with business in the commercial space and non-profits that are aimed at improving their own clients’ quality of life and need assistance addressing problem sets best solved by social scientists with backgrounds in data, research, and project design.
