The Process

At Applied Justice Group we believe that there is no such thing as an Off-the-shelf solution. Your research, data infrastructure, and evaluative needs are unique - our strategies to meet your organizational goals should be as well. Generally, our process will consist of the following items:

Scoping

This is the first step in our process is to determine what your needs are. We will do this by meeting with you and key personnell from your organization to discuss your problem sets and how Applied Justice Group can best be leveraged to help you acheive your goals.

Strategy development

Our experts will develop a unique strategy to meet your specific needs. This process is collaborative and we will leverage our experience in a variety of fields alongside your expert knowledge of your own organization to create the optimal solution to meet your research needs.

Problem solving

The problem staging phase for each project will be unique and based on your individual needs. This may include the development of surveys or other data collection instruments, the devopment of risk assessment tools, the creation of dashboards, site visits and impact/ process evaluations, or a wide array and combination of other strategies.

Evaluation and reporting

Evalution and reporting will also be based on your organizations needs and desires. We often provide a mix of presentation and technical reporting to our clients but can also aid in the dissemination of peer reviewed manuscript, press reseases, and the design of internal and legislative reports.
